  1. i am a very active woman in her mid forties. i have had chronic lower back pain for a couple of years in addition to shoulder and elbow issues. I enjoy running, cycling, spinning, yoga, pilates, strength conditioning, tennis and golf. i have tried massage therapy, physical therapy, bowen therapy, etc… no resolution. going to try self care now!

    • It’s great to hear from you Sonja! I am planning on starting a live webinar series and it would be great to have you be apart so we can try to crack the low back pain predicament. It’s great to hear you are staying so active, with activity comes physical responsibility as you know. When pain exists, generally there is a movement pattern that is perpetuating it. Are you deadlifting and Squatting and if so, is your form impeccable? When running, can you feel your glutes engaging and feel lift through your whole body? I also have a “tennis/golf elbow self care” video that you may find helpful for your elbow. There is so much to talk about, if questions pop up, let me know!
