Kinesio Taping

Kinesiology tape is used to facilitate the body’s natural healing process while providing support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting the body’s range of motion as well as providing extended soft tissue manipulation to prolong the benefits of structural bodywork. It alleviates pain, facilitates lymphatic drainage and decreases inflammation by microscopically lifting the skin. When used in combination with structural integration, it acts as a friendly reminder to maintain functional movement.

Kinesiology tape helps:

  • Decrease inflammation
  • Lymphatic drainage
  • Reduce pain
  • Prevention/relief of muscle spasms
  • Provide support for injured joints
  • Enhanced muscle activation

"After a traumatic leg injury, Aaron helped me reverse that trend and get back on the right road. It’s difficult to understand how rough your ride is until you find that smooth road through life again."

− Gerry Lopez, Surfing Legend

"Aaron challenged my old methods of movement, changed my critical self-talk, created short and long term exercise goals, and used physical adjustments (and laughter) so I would embrace healing while restoring strength. His work and words resonate with me between every session!"

− Andes, Fitness Guru on NBC

"Aaron is phenomenal! He has an impressively extensive knowledge base in the field of Rolfing and the correlations between connective tissue, emotions and neuroplasticity of the brain. His skill, intuition and gifted touch helped to quickly alleviate a severe shoulder pain I was suffering from. I felt like he truly cared for my well being. I have over many years received several forms of structural bodywork and massage from countless therapists. Aaron is one of the best I have ever come across. When you receive sessions from him you are in “good hands”. Thank you, Aaron!"
